Thank you for the prompt reply to my inquiry. However, I had requested someone to install facia, soffit, and gutters on two structures. Unfortunately, since I did not require a new roof, they were not interested in the job. I suspect this is to keep the lead cost low with the intention of getting the more expensive roof job. During their visit, they mentioned this to me which I found to be a waste of time and unprofessional. It would be better if they were upfront and asked if I also needed a new roof, rather than assuming. It's simple and transparent.

Working with Scott was an absolute delight. He arrived promptly and demonstrated extensive expertise in assessing the damage as well as selecting the appropriate replacement products required to mend the destruction caused by the hurricane. His workmanship was of unparalleled excellence!

Upon examination, Scott proved to be both responsive and truthful regarding our roof. Regrettably, the destruction inflicted upon our residence was too extensive to warrant mending. Nonetheless, I highly suggest contacting Scott for any repair needs. Despite not working on our home, it is evident that he is a remarkable individual. Personally, I value honesty highly, especially after encountering numerous unreturned phone calls and no-shows. Scott, on the other hand, was punctual. The hurricane was truly horrendous, but I will certainly prioritize Scott for future repairs.
