The work completed by Mr. Andrews at my home was impressive and he conducted himself in a highly professional manner. He responded to my text messages promptly and was honest about his fees, leaving no room for unexpected charges. He provided me with regular updates on each project and as a result, I am a delighted and loyal customer.

Initially, I deemed the plumbing task, which involved substituting the internal components of a toilet, to be unassuming and uncomplicated. Fortunately, Derrick was the sole professional who could come on the very day I reached out to him and charged reasonably for his services. However, the job did not even take up much of his time, probably around five minutes or so. Nonetheless, Derrick could have charged me the full rate, but he chose to be honest and reveal that it was a minor assignment. Hence, he received only a fraction of the actual payment, a gesture that I found to be profoundly grateful.

His work truly impressed us. From the moment he greeted us to the completion of the job, his service was exceptional. He skillfully put together two kitchen pantry cabinets and two wall cabinets, as well as reassembled four bar stools. We would definitely seek his services again and would enthusiastically recommend him to our loved ones.
