He based his estimate on my initial assessment of needing two truckloads of trash removed from the garage, which he proceeded to quote me on. I trusted that he could handle the job since he mentioned bringing a trailer capable of hauling 7-8 truckloads. However, upon arrival he only had an enclosed trailer that could fit two truckloads. As a result, my garage is still partially filled, but I am not too concerned as I will arrange for Patrick to finish the clean-up at another time. On Saturday, Patrick was contacted and promptly arrived on Monday morning. He efficiently cleared out junk from the carport and patio and disposed of it, in addition to pressure washing the house, carport, and patio.
