Bounce USA is an exceptional company. Dan and Taylor provided valuable assistance in selecting the bounce house that would provide the most enjoyment for my son. They patiently answered all my queries and ensured that I had a clear understanding of everything. Furthermore, their prompt and courteous delivery and pick-up left a positive impression. Despite my repeated requests to move the bounce house to another spot, they never exhibited any frustration. What I appreciated the most was their willingness to handle the setup and clean-up, which is not a standard practice of other rental companies. For my Fourth of July celebration, I leased the twin water slide and it was a major success! Taylor and Dan provided excellent customer service, were accommodating, and were great people overall. Furthermore, the slide surpassed our expectations in size and appeal! Both the kids and adults were obsessed and utilized it throughout the entire day—it was a truly enjoyable experience for all age groups! We all had a blast and will undoubtedly rent it again in the future!
