Brian is a licensed Broker and a professional REALTOR® who has been assisting clients with their real estate needs, including buying and selling residential properties in the East Bay since 1985. His extensive experience and knowledge of the local market are reflected in his successful track record of listing and selling homes and condos throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara Counties. With designations as a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute of California, a Certified Residential Specialist, and a member of the Residential Sales Council, Brian is dedicated to providing in-depth service to his clients. He continues to enhance his expertise through advanced real estate training in areas such as bank-owned properties, corporate relocation, and management. Brian began his real estate career working with his father, Roger, who founded his own real estate company in Fremont in 1971. In 2015, Brian and his twin brother joined Legacy Real Estate, the leading real estate firm in the area. As a Fremont native and resident, Brian has an intimate understanding of the local community, which is invaluable in serving his clients.
