Nathan appears to be a reliable individual. Since I had to leave town for work, I haven't had the chance to see if the lawn has been trimmed yet. However, I am aware that he came by to cut it while I was away. He even shared a photo of the lawn after mowing and tidying up, and it looks great. We have decided to have Nathan maintain our yard on a regular basis.
I will keep you informed as time progresses.
