Upon serving notice to our previous property management, we were notified of three uncleaned apartments, three of which had been unoccupied for over three weeks. However, Doug had these units fully booked even before their completion. With his swift and proficient demeanor, he earns our highest recommendation for his prompt and amiable service. He consistently arrives earlier than scheduled, maintains punctuality and articulacy, and overall, we are exceedingly content with the superior quality of his work.

As we are located outside the state, we depend on Doug to handle any unexpected problems in a prompt manner. Just recently, we experienced a water leakage that needed immediate attention. Without any delay, he efficiently obtained multiple quotes from reputable experts and oversaw the entire process from start to finish, while at the same time ensuring that the tenants were not disturbed during the repairs. Doug provided a clear explanation of all the available alternatives and associated expenses. Despite the challenging circumstances, we were extremely pleased with Doug's exceptional performance and professionalism.

I have been a tenant with them for more than a year and have never experienced any problem. They have been prompt in addressing all of our concerns within 72 hours. Doug and his spouse are exceptional at their job, and I am grateful that we decided to rent through their company. So far, it has been my best renting experience.

Although Blue Sky was generally excellent, it was categorized by CrackerJack as an HOA management entity, even though such a service was not provided by the company. This marks the third instance in which businesses have wasted their time and money on a poorly constructed website.
