An inspection was carried out on a condo prior to purchase. Every aspect of the condo, including the roof, appliances, lights, windows, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, hot water tank, fireplace, furnace, central air system, and more were inspected. The buyer's daughter was instructed on how to operate everything in the home, and the location and operation of all shut off valves and switches were demonstrated. A 38-page report with photographs was provided. Additionally, it was revealed that Matt would return to inspect the property after all necessary repairs had been made. This demonstrates excellent professionalism.
