Greg should avoid overextending himself by taking on too much work that he cannot finish prior to starting other projects. He should refrain from making promises to clients that he cannot fulfill within a reasonable time frame. Constantly coming up with excuses for delays only conveys to the customer that they are no longer valuable because Greg has already received payment.
