When it comes to home improvement projects, my first choice is always Edward Dean. He just finished building an amazing redwood deck for us. He's a very affable person and always comes up with plenty of great ideas. Moreover, he's very trustworthy. I wholeheartedly endorse him!

Edward Dean and his team were exceptional in completing two of our projects. The addition of a large deck to our home's side and the loft in our garage were completed flawlessly. Edward and Brett were highly skilled, professional, and responsible individuals who prioritized top-notch quality work and materials and had excellent communication. After our dishwasher flooded our kitchen, we hired Edward Dean and his team to rebuild it. Although our dry out company suggested another General Contractor, we had a negative experience with them. Thankfully, we discovered Edward Dean on Yelp and he promptly inspected the job. Edward was exceptional- he was present during the Insurance Company Adjuster's visit, where he pointed out additional repairs required. Moreover, he collaborated with my wife and I to redesign our kitchen, and mend the flood and asbestos damage. Brett, Edward's chief carpenter, did a fantastic job with the cabinets. We were so impressed with their work that we added extra jobs to replace different door frames and doors. We would highly recommend Edward Dean Design and Build and use them again for our upcoming house remodel project.
