My massage services involve a balanced combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue work, along with training in other bodywork practices such as Shiatsu, Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Reflexology, and Reiki. My approach is gentle yet deep, nurturing yet integrated, with a goal to help my clients feel their best both physically and energetically.

In addition, my Energy Therapy coaching sessions integrate subtle body awareness and any necessary psychotherapeutic interventions. With a dynamic approach, Energy Therapy may be used to support physical challenges, overcome stress, trauma, and loss, and deepen understanding of oneself for greater confidence, happiness, and purpose in life.
