Are you in need of help with filling out your family-based immigration forms? As an Immigration Forms Specialist, I can assist you with this at half the cost of what an attorney would charge. My services include assistance with filling out various forms such as I-130, I-485, N-400, and more. The prices for each form vary depending on the situation, and I charge $600 per person for I-130 if no visa is immediately available, $500 for N-400 citizenship/naturalization, and $300 each for I-864, I-765, I-131, I-539, and I-90. For other forms such as I-751, K1 visa, DACA initial application, I-601/A Unlawful presence waiver, VAWA petitions, I-589 Asylum application, I-730 Derivative Asylum petition, and I-485 Asylee residency petitions, prices range from $750 to $2,500 depending on the form and the situation. As a trained Para Legal and Certified Public Accountant with experience in family-based immigration forms, I will fill out your forms, mail them in, and answer any questions you may have about the process.
