How to get started... My decision to choose MidState was based on a few factors. Firstly, their reputation as one of the pricier options in the remodeling industry, which speaks to their exceptional skills and quality of work. Secondly, their stability and experience is evident, unlike newer companies that may struggle to make ends meet. That being said, the beginning of the project surpassed my expectations and progressed seamlessly through the first stage of creating an up-flushed bathroom.

The day was saved by Ralph and Jim, who came to my rescue after a terrible experience with another contractor. This previous contractor did not produce quality work, and vanished before completing the job for which I had paid. After this disappointing experience, I needed additional Bathrooms for my Bed & Breakfast, but I was hesitant to work with another contractor. However, Jim and Ralph were different. They arrived and quickly got to work repairing the shoddy work of the previous contractor. They worked hard to complete my new bathroom to my exact specifications. From the outset, they listened carefully to my needs and were mindful of costs, providing thoughtful ways to fix any issues. They even overcame the difficult challenge of installing a beautiful frameless shower, which was left unfinished by the previous contractor. They repaired the floor tile and grout in the shower, and re-painted and stained the walls and wood board ceiling. Initially, I had been disheartened when I went in to inspect the first contractor's work. But with the new bathroom, I was thrilled! It was clear that Jim and Ralph were skilled and competent, experienced in all types of work. I felt reassured that I had found two reliable experts whom I could trust to handle future projects. Their knowledge and expertise shone through in every discussion concerning future projects. I am currently hiring them to tackle two further jobs, confident in the knowledge that I can fully entrust these projects to them. Thanks to Jim and Ralph's professionalism and expertise, I have regained my faith in contractors. I found them easy to work with, and I was impressed by their careful planning and attention to detail. I am delighted with the results they achieved in my bathroom, and I am grateful for their hard work and competence.

Our house underwent a complete bathroom renovation, thanks to the excellent work of Jim and Ralph. Additionally, they took care of several minor repairs and other tasks in a highly satisfactory manner. Their craftsmanship was of an extremely high standard and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their dependability and integrity were also outstanding, making the entire experience enjoyable. We have already enlisted their services again and would do so with complete confidence.

Midstate Contracting was a great company to work with. They provided a variety of services including electrical work, flooring, roofing, excavating, plumbing, and septic. They even renovated both my bathroom and kitchen, as well as building a large cabana from scratch. They completed the job within a reasonable timeline and never compromised on quality.
