Working with Bruce has been an absolute delight. He not only possesses exceptional skills in his field, but also makes the process of ironing out details an enjoyable experience. The designs he provided for our 800 Ft home addition were immaculate, and I consider myself fortunate to have crossed paths with him!

Even though we did not commission BDS to undertake the project, I commend their professionalism in generating and assessing various design alternatives.

I reached out to Bolinger Design about some non-permitted work done by previous owners on my home. Bruce exhibit a significant effort to ensure that a comprehensive set of plans was created with all of the updates made since the original construction. On top of that, Bruce collaborated with the planning and permit department to make sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. Bruce went one step beyond and orchestrated the needed repairs and constructions to rectify the engineering firm's requirements of my choosing. He held my hand every step of the way, answering all questions I had and making sure I understood what was involved. I cannot emphasize enough how caring and accommodating Bruce was throughout the process, which could have easily overwhelmed me if I had to tackle it alone. I endorse the services of Bolinger Design for anyone who needs an architect to manage non-permitted work or any other project.

Bruce arrived on time, and to my surprise, he had gone to the city to gather more information about the house, zoning, and additional requirements before our meeting.
