If I could, I would have selected all five options for what I appreciated about Cleaners of Utah's service. This was a move-out cleaning for one of my apartments, and the entire experience was exceptional, from the initial contact to the post-job communication. Among all the CrackerJack professionals I have reached out to, David, the owner, was the only one who promptly responded. He kept me updated throughout the job to ensure we were on the same page. After completing the task, he sent me before and after photos, saving me the trouble of doing so myself. The cleaning was outstanding, and I regretted not seeking their services before. Moreover, the cost was reasonable, and I intend to be a permanent client.

REVISED EVALUATION - Having employed these cleaners for more than a year, their performance has deteriorated over time. At present, their team spends just about 30 minutes emptying the wastebaskets and tidying up the lavatories. It's disappointing since they used to be very meticulous in wiping down all surfaces and vacuuming our workplace, but that is no longer the case. They once even left our office unlocked for an entire weekend.
