Our private dinner party of 20 was a huge success, thanks to the amazing job done by Forked's Chef Dana! The surf and turf dinner with filet mignon and lobster tail was not only delicious, but also professionally plated. Chef Dana and her staff were courteous throughout the evening and left the kitchen spotless.
