In Portland, OR's Brooklyn neighborhood, I offer private pilates sessions at my home studio, Piper Pilates. The charming yet narrow Pershing street is the location of the front house with large windows, high ceilings, and French doors. The space boasts top-of-the-line equipment from Balanced Body, such as the reformer, chair, tower, and spine corrector. As a certified National Pilates Instructor and Intuitive Eating Coach, my goal is to help my clients redefine wellness. Single sessions or discounted packs are available for purchase, and we'll work on achieving a sustainable, intuitive, and personal approach to wellness. Clients focusing on issues regarding eating, body, and exercise can opt to receive coaching. It's important to note that I don't work with clients with active eating disorders or those seeking weight loss. Dorothy and her approach to intuitive eating have significantly improved my life. Prior to embarking on this journey, I was trapped in an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. For years, I had succumbed to yo-yo dieting and gained weight during my pregnancy. I desired to be free from the constraints of postpartum diet culture, setting a positive example for my young daughter. Thanks to Dorothy and her intuitive eating philosophy, my life has been significantly transformed for the better.
