I even received a text confirmation and a series of reminders leading up to the appointment, which included the name of the technician assigned to the job. However, when the day of the appointment arrived, the technician failed to show up or communicate any changes in arrangements. Despite leaving voicemails and texts, I received no responses, which I find to be severely unprofessional. I urge caution when dealing with this company.
