We had a great experience with Rich. He was quick to respond to our inquiry, openly discussed the issue with us, and honestly suggested that the problem was likely with the utility line and not the panel, breakers or wiring in the house. Rich helped us contact the utility company who confirmed his suspicion. He even followed up later in the day to ensure that everything was taken care of for us. It was refreshing to see an ethical businessperson who did not charge us for unnecessary emergency service. We will definitely use Rich again in the future if we require an electrician.

Rosado and his team were highly professional, dependable, and well-informed. They promised to arrive at 8am but were at my doorstep at 7:57am, which is quite rare for a contractor! I engaged the services of ECS to elevate my electrical line masthead, and the experience was fantastic.
