Last night, our heat suddenly stopped working and we were left shivering in the cold. Being new to our home, we did not know where to look for the issue, so I submitted a request for help at around 8-9pm, even though it was Christmas eve the next day. Despite not expecting a reply, we were pleasantly surprised to receive one and the technician even called early the next morning to ask if someone could drop by in about two hours. The technician who arrived was extremely helpful and quickly identified the problem, which turned out to be an easy fix. Although the repair came with a hefty price tag, we were given a 60-day guarantee that they would return if the problem recurred. We were impressed with the prompt response and service we received, and we would definitely use this company again.

Phillip provided us with excellent information and conducted a thorough investigation when our Center furnace was not heating properly. He promptly identified the problem and resolved it. I highly recommend him!
