I had hoped that they would handle all aspects of home care, yet they were unable to perform pest control in the attic. Their excuse was that the person responsible for bringing the ladder had forgotten it. It's difficult to comprehend how they could overlook such a necessary tool for their services. However, they have promised to complete the pest control in the attic next month. I remain hopeful.
