I made an appointment on the same day and spoke with the person at 8:30am. We agreed to meet at 11am, but they didn't show up. I called at 11:10am and learned they were still over an hour away. They suggested meeting on Monday instead. It's frustrating when an appointment is scheduled but not kept. I decided not to use their services because reliability is important for a business. Why would a customer trust them if they can't even show up to the first appointment?
