Initially, the company seemed pleasant. However, due to my cleaner cancelling last minute, I needed to quickly find a replacement. Regrettably, I did not read any reviews, and as a result, the service provided was well below satisfactory. Despite paying for the cleaning of various areas in my home, the nightstands, master bedroom desk, washer, and dryer were not dusted, amongst other things. Not a single bed was made, and numerous obvious areas were disregarded or overlooked, such as dirt and debris under the sofa and most corners of the home. Although the company offered to rectify the situation by sending someone else to clean, I doubt they would be able to provide a better service the second time around. I am extremely disappointed, and my search for a reliable cleaner in Naperville will continue.

I was thoroughly impressed by the prompt response of these individuals upon receiving my request. Their cleaning services are executed with remarkable attention to detail and in the rare event of dissatisfaction, they readily collaborate with you to address any corrective action required. Additionally, the proprietors are amiable, and it was delightful to learn of their journey from being college buddies to co-owning a thriving enterprise. Without hesitation, I strongly endorse them and intend to avail their services until 2023.

The cleaner neglected important parts of the house such as the stairwell and kitchen floor. Although the owner kindly offered to have those areas cleaned when I brought it to their attention, the overall quality of the cleaning was unsatisfactory. The cleaner did not properly sweep or mop underneath furniture such as coffee tables or desks, and despite claiming to have cleaned the bedrooms and bathrooms, there was still visible debris. Additionally, many of the tables in the house were skipped. Although the cleaner did dust my nightstand, they left a ring of dust around a lamp and a book where they did not clean underneath. It is apparent that the cleaner either lacks experience or took shortcuts.

The cleaning service here is exceptional, I couldn't have asked for more.
