As a young couple, we were searching for roofing solutions for our first house. However, some companies took advantage of our inexperience and tried to overcharge us. Fortunately, American Remodeling responded promptly to my request and provided us with a quote, and also took time to explain everything and accommodated our budget. The company completed the roofing job within a month and got it done in just one day. Although we encountered some issues with the gutters, American Remodeling addressed the problem without hesitation, going as far as doing it in the rain. It was an impressive display of customer service.

To inquire about the pricing of my roof and windows, I contacted American Remodeling. Amber, a polite representative, scheduled an appointment within two days. Sharon visited my home and presented me with various roofing and window samples. She gave me a comprehensive explanation of the warranties and showed great knowledge. I was pleased to learn that the warranties were transferrable. Another company I consulted stated their warranties for windows and roofs were only five years each. I highly recommend American Remodeling for their outstanding products and care. They even offer financing with low interest rates and comfortable payment plans. I am excited to see the reduction in my heating and cooling expenses.

The work that was completed, which involved the replacement of my roof and gutters, really impressed me, I must say. Now that this has been taken care of in such a satisfactory manner, I plan to proceed with having my siding and windows upgraded as well. Throughout the process, the installers were fantastic, exhibiting kindness and a friendly demeanor that made working with them a pleasure. They went the extra mile to ensure that the surrounding area was cleaned up thoroughly once they had completed the job. Additionally, the quality of the products used was top-notch and the warranty that came with them exceeded my expectations. I have no doubt that I will be using their services again in the future.

The professionals did an excellent job. No nails, debris, or leftover roofing materials were left behind after the installation was completed. The crew arrived at daybreak and successfully finished the installation of a 28 square roof in just one day. I highly recommend their services.
