In 2001, we created our will and recently considered revising it due to minor changes. We reached out to Lindsay for assistance and had a phone consultation. Lindsay kindly reviewed our will and Power of Attorneys. After reconnecting a few days later, Lindsay advised that there was no need to update our documents. When we asked how much we owed her, Lindsay replied that there was no charge and only requested that we recommend her to others. We were grateful for Lindsay's time and commitment to our needs and have recommended her services to our family members who require aid with will and estate planning. It is doubtful that other attorneys would offer such service without charge.
