As a portraitist based in Minnesota, I specialize in creating large format oil-on-canvas pieces. My artwork celebrates women by exploring their perceptions of beauty and the power of their sexuality. In my portraits, female subjects exude strength and agency, with their eyes open and alert, daring viewers to meet their unwavering gaze. My portraits are further distinguished by their surreal incorporation. “I’ve always had vivid dreams that stay with me long after I awake. These dreams are both an inspiration and a reminder that ‘reality’ is much more malleable than it appears,” I explain.

I have been wielding oil as my preferred medium since childhood, enamored with its nobility. At 23, I began my professional career as a painter and have amassed an extensive portfolio of commissioned pieces, wall murals, and works featuring gold leaf restoration. “My heart relates to my subject as one human being to another. I am painting their thoughts and their emotions as waves of color and light,” I describe my work.
