I should have suspected that something was wrong at the start when his communication and response time were disengaged and slow. However, I persisted as I urgently required assistance for our client in the area. I reached out to Elite Notary (Tim...Darro...Mr Freeman???) and after he signed our notary contract, it took him a day to confirm the appointment with our client. Nevertheless, I stayed determined. After confirmation, I sent Elite the documents to be notarized along with a prepaid shipping label. On the day that Mr. Elite Services was expected to visit my client, he called and requested that the client meet him instead of following the initial agreement made between my company and Mr. Elite for a mobile notary service to be conducted at our client's home. It was unprofessional of Mr. Elite to contact our client instead of us. He had ample time to decline the job so that we could have made other arrangements. I will not be doing business with this individual again. I have already made alternative plans, and Mr. Freeman, if you did not receive my email, I no longer require your services.
