Despite their best efforts to fix the malfunctioning water heater, they ultimately recommended a replacement. I am grateful for their attempts to save me money. I was regularly updated on the status of the situation by the office.

The technician and staff were professional and courteous. The installation was completed smoothly and the technician kept the work area tidy throughout. The routing of the piping for the heater and expansion tank was well done and demonstrated the expertise of an experienced technician in heater installations. In the future, I would not hesitate to reach out to Mr. Rooter for any further plumbing needs.

I spoke with a woman at the office regarding a leak that we were experiencing. The same day we reported it, on December 23, they came out to investigate, but we couldn't reproduce the issue while they were present. The following day, Christmas Eve, I reached out again and they returned to replace the faulty faucet. Matt, who performed the repairs, was outstanding, exhibiting a tremendous degree of professionalism and helpfulness with the project. Despite working on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, he took his time to assist me in selecting a new faucet and completed some additional checks on the system pressure, hot water heater and expansion tank. Upon finishing and moving onto his next job, the office followed up with a courtesy call to ensure everything was satisfactory. While the cost was a bit steep, I was grateful for the thoroughness of the office staff, which was something that I had been burned on before when dealing with independent contractors. Their follow-up and kind communication were much appreciated.

The service was exceptional! Despite the scorching heat, the technicians continued to work tirelessly to complete our plumbing project that lasted the entire day. They were friendly and provided quality workmanship. Although the cost was high, the investment was definitely worth it to ensure that everything was done correctly.

With their friendly and professional attitude, Mr. Rooter did an amazing job installing new faucets in my master bath. My experience was so positive that I will undoubtedly return for any future plumbing necessities.
