It's amusing how my roof leak was originating from two sites on my kitchen ceiling and one in my crawl space leading to the attic. To my surprise, Jimmy discovered that my HVAC was the source of the leak. He expertly sealed the area around the HVAC, and the kitchen leak stopped. It struck me as strange that the leak was located so far apart, yet Jimmy pinpointed the problem with ease.

Amidst unfavorable weather conditions, he arrived to repair a leak in our master closet, which provided access to the attic. We were relieved to discover that it was not a roof leak as we had initially suspected, but rather an aging copper pipe. He promptly and proficiently mended it after driving to acquire the necessary part. Given that the issue was worsening with each passing day, we're grateful for his assistance.
