Chef Adam is simply amazing!! He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and was open to working with my son, who needed to gain more confidence in the kitchen. During their session, Chef Adam explained knife and cooking techniques in a clear and understandable manner, and they cooked a meal that was absolutely incredible! My son was beaming with pride and truly enjoyed the time he spent cooking. He is eager to have another lesson with Chef Adam. This instruction is perfect for a college-bound student who needs to have the necessary skills and confidence to prepare more wholesome meals than just “fast food”. Thank you so much, Chef Adam!!

My family gathering was given a phenomenal touch by Adam. As a top-quality chef, his excellent culinary skills surpassed anything that us amateurs could produce. Added to that were his exceptional qualities like being easy to work with - he had great suggestions and accommodated my themes, was flexible and arrived early, stayed late, and even doubled up as a craft cocktail master, providing us with a specialty cocktail for the occasion. He cleverly presented the meal course-by-course with explanations and humor, and we enjoyed talking to him both during and after the meal, long after everything was tidied up. While hiring a personal chef does not come cheap, the intimacy, enjoyment and access to superior-grade materials without the burden of expensive wine pricing more than make up for it.
