Greetings! I received my massage and bodywork education from the esteemed National Institute of Health Sciences in 2000, with a purpose to help individuals lead more fulfilling lives by tapping into the medicinal effects of massage and bodywork.

My calling is to help heal individuals both physically and mentally, believing that self-care is imperative in today's fast-paced environment. When applied by a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist, massage and bodywork can have a profound impact on every person. My years of experience in various massage environments, including chiropractic, high-end spas, massage education, a hospital setting, corporate massage, and working with national sports teams, have contributed to my all-encompassing knowledge of the field. In addition, I possess a Master of Science in Nursing and am licensed as an RN. This vast array of experience has equipped me with a unique blend of bodywork techniques, customized to cater to my clients' specific therapeutic requirements. My results-driven approach to massage is a blend of myo-fascial, deep-tissue, active release, and pressure-point methods. I am also proficient in pre-natal massage and headache therapy. With every massage, I include hot towels at no extra cost.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my beloved husband Jonathan, our dogs, and cat - Petite, Demi, and Blue; gardening, cooking, reading, learning new things, and immersing myself in the great outdoors. I welcome the opportunity to help you on your path towards wellness.
