Unfortunately, I had a no-show at my daughter's initial birthday celebration. I felt extremely let down, particularly during such a momentous occasion. Although I recognize that there may have been a misunderstanding, the day cannot be replicated. Therefore, it is crucial to check in with them and verify their attendance. Despite contacting them three hours prior to the event and being informed that everything was in order, they were absent. On the bright side, I did receive a refund of my deposit.
