Shortly after sending my request, Ra promptly responded and scheduled his visit for the following day. He was punctual and displayed a high level of professionalism. Unfortunately, a crucial component was absent for fan installation. Without hesitation, Ra volunteered to fetch the missing piece from Lowes and considered waiving the extra fee as a kind gesture. I was truly impressed and rewarded him with a generous tip. I strongly advocate for Ra’s services, and I look forward to contacting him again for the installation of all lighting fixtures in my abode.

The service provider was extremely efficient and conducted themselves in a very adept manner. I was particularly grateful for their transparent communication regarding costs, expected arrival times and confirmation of the scheduled appointment. The manner in which the installations were executed was highly organized and the service provider even went the extra mile by disposing of the waste materials and the old fan.
