We enlisted Andrew's team for a project involving our upper east side apartment terrace in NYC. It's safe to say that their level of professionalism was exceptional. Their perseverance, composure and efficiency while dealing with a discerning building board was truly impressive. The team handled the project with patience, taking the time to redraw and adjust plans repeatedly until they matched our exacting standards and even proposing clever solutions and materials. They assisted in the search for contractors and facilitated submitting our file to the DOB with exceptional speed.
