Hello there! I am Taylor, a Seattle-based personal trainer certified by NASM. With nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in a range of fitness activities including strength training, HIIT, dance, power training, martial arts, flexibility training, and Pilates.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Dance from the University of Washington where I studied the science of human movement. I am dedicated to assisting clients in cultivating a positive relationship with their bodies and increasing self-confidence through physical exercise.
