Hi there, my name is Mel! My passion lies in promoting healing through transformation, shadow work, and energy work, which led to my certification as a Reiki Master in the Usui practice. I provide reiki sessions to individuals seeking the opportunity to delve deeper into their inner selves, enabling them to embody their most authentic and loving selves. Reiki, a Japanese term translating to "universal life energy," aims to bring greater harmony, wholeness, and peace to the world by addressing energetic imbalances across an individual's mind, body, and spirit.

As a queer, non-binary healing practitioner, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds, truly believing in equity, justice, and liberation for everyone. I understand the significance of spaces for healing from traumas, especially those caused by state-sanctioned violence and oppression, and feel it's crucial during the present time.

I am currently providing both in-person and distance reiki sessions, as energy healing operates in the energetic field, making distance sessions as effective as in-person ones.

An hour-long session includes:
- A 10-minute phone call to discuss any issues that you are presently dealing with and would like to concentrate on.
- A 30-40 minute reiki healing session.
- A 10-20 minute follow-up conversation to discuss what occurred during the session. I will share intuitive insights and recommendations that I receive throughout the reiki session.
