I was contacted by Lakewood regarding a project, and we arranged a date and time for an estimate. However, they failed to show up and did not even bother to inform me of their unavailability. It is quite common for companies to not return my calls, but in this case, they were the ones who initiated the communication. It is frustrating that some people do not value others' time.
