Right from his initial response, Matt was impressive. He consistently sent me videos and reviews as requested. Despite my delay, Matt was patient and I ended up booking him at the last minute. I was thrilled with my decision, as he was punctual, polite and flexible. He played several requests and received enthusiastic feedback from everyone in attendance.
