This person was supposed to bring a ladder on Sunday at 9 am, which was scheduled on a Friday morning. However, at 9 pm on Saturday, they called to say they couldn't pick up the ladder until Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning, this individual arrived at work without the ladder, and when questioned about it, they walked off the job. It is advisable not to hire this person, as they have anger management issues.
