Last March, Crystal organized our baby shower after we had a conversation with her in Buffalo discussing potential themes and dates. Crystal effortlessly grasped our vision for the event and ultimately, we decided to go with a hot air balloon theme. She and her team were prompt in setting everything up, and I was amazed by the stunning decor. Furthermore, it was Crystal's first visit to the venue, considering we reside in different states, and yet she went above and beyond to exceed our expectations by adding additional touches to enhance the ambiance. Guests immediately recognized the effort that went into creating such an amazing atmosphere, as they snapped photos of the decorations.
