I was pleased with how they handled my belongings with care, securing them to avoid any damages. Although the crew exerted considerable effort during the move-in, the task proved more challenging than expected despite our best efforts to label everything and provide clear instructions on loading and unloading. Nevertheless, Kevin was incredibly amiable and compassionate throughout the process.
