5 Star Restoration did an amazing job on my floors! My entire two-story house went from carpet to vinyl planking, and the transformation is stunning. They even went the extra mile to pick up the flooring from the store for me since I didn't have a suitable vehicle. Although a particular piece was on back order (the nose), they returned to install it at no additional charge after the main flooring was completed. Their professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated, and they left the area tidy each day. Moreover, they handled all of the heavy lifting, relocating bulky furniture including the refrigerator, oak hutch, and beds, as I wasn't physically able to do it myself.
