My initial contact with Tony and the team marked the beginning of an exceptional experience that lasted throughout the project's tear-off process, inspection, delivery of supplies, and installation of the roofing system. Tony and his staff displayed remarkable professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, coordination, and communication, which I appreciated. Their work quality surpassed my expectations, and the value was excellent. They even cleaned up daily. I have attached a few photos, one taken before the project and some after completion. Additionally, I would recommend opting for the upgraded underlayment, which may attract an insurance discount and is an excellent solution during storms like ours when the weather squalls.

If I failed to repair my roof tiles by Sept 29, my HO insurance company would cancel my policy. Consequently, I reached out to Shoreline for assistance. Fortunately, they quickly dispatched Scott to inspect my roof and provide a cost estimate to fix and glue the damaged tiles. With a deadline to meet, Scott promptly began working on the project and arranged for a couple of skilled roofers to execute the repairs within two days. They were both professional and thorough, taking before and after pictures to fulfil my documentation requirements for the insurance company.
