I got in touch with IRV plumbing and electric to address a clogged toilet, resulting from my nephews' mischievousness. Robert handled my call and referred me to Leon and Sidney. The duo provided exceptional service, keeping me updated throughout. They even procured an inexpensive yet high-quality replacement toilet. Although they reviewed the pricing and project promptly, their quotation was 10 times higher than the contractor who ultimately won the business. My goal was to complete a straightforward outdoor wiring project.

After conducting some preliminary research, I requested an estimate for an electrical job expecting it to cost less than $500. The first electrician's quote came in at nearly $2700, and he appeared unsure about the scope of the work. Seeking a second opinion, I received a much lower quote of $300 from a different company. When I reached out to the original electrician's office expressing my concerns about the significant discrepancy, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite my request to speak with the electrician for further clarification, I was denied the opportunity and advised that I should have asked more questions at the time of the initial estimate.
