Upon seeing drop cloths covering my carpeted stairs and floors, I felt relieved that my finished basement was protected. Despite being a smoker, Jason refrained from bringing his habit inside, and I appreciated that he also refrained from flicking his cigarette butt in my yard or driveway. Furthermore, the old furnace and air conditioning units were replaced with new ones before I arrived at 10:30am. When I arrived, the young men had already finished the job, cleaned up, and departed by noon. I felt extremely satisfied with their excellent work ethic.
