Although we had a rough start when the crew assigned to my house to replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, soffits, and facia didn't know what they were doing, I still give this company 5 stars and would highly recommend them. Despite the initial bad work and long wait, the company stood behind their work and made things right. The first crew involved is no longer employed at Forrest Knoll, so customers won't have to go through what I did. The second time around, the crews were amazing - fast, professional, and did a thorough job.
I'd like to highlight Greg, the project manager for the company. He gave me his card at the beginning of the job and told me to call if I needed anything. Greg is a customer-focused individual who goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He deserves 15 stars for his excellent work. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Alex and his team who worked on my roof the second time. They are a great crew - professional, fast, and awesome at what they do. One can trust their roofing project with these guys.
