My collaboration with Adam began nearly ten months ago. Initially, my sole focus was on getting my nutrition on the right track, as exercising made me extremely self-conscious. Adam was fantastic and took the time to understand my needs and tailor a program accordingly. He helped me enhance my understanding of nutrition by recommending documentaries and books to read. Adam consistently checks up on me to monitor my progress and adjusts my macros on a weekly basis. He surpassed my expectations by allowing me to concentrate on nutrition for a while, but still imparted knowledge on the benefits of incorporating exercise into my routine for long-term sustainability. His guidance proved to be invaluable, as I started exercising eight weeks ago and never felt better. I exercise with Adam multiple times a week, and he challenges me in the best way possible. To enhance my strength, presently, I aspire to gain muscle. Adam has assisted me for the past three months to achieve this purpose. It is worth mentioning that my weakest region, which is my upper body, has immensely improved. Furthermore, I lost about two inches off of my waist, and my muscles have become more toned. Overall, I am content with my outcomes and am excited to carry on working with Adam.
