Our staff is available at a fraction of the cost of catering, and our bartenders are all BarSmarts® Advanced Certified or hold the Certified Cicerone® qualification. Our sommeliers are Certified Sommeliers with the Court of Master Sommeliers® or hold the WSET® Level 3 Award in Wine.
