Despite seeing the low rating and negative reviews, I still decided to give this company a chance. However, I deeply regret having done so as I wasted a whopping $525 for less than 30 minutes of useless service. The technician, John, removed the filter to clean it and claimed he would do some "rewiring" but nothing new was done or added. After John left, I discovered the old filter tossed in another room in my basement in an obvious attempt to cover up his lack of work. Despite contacting both John and the business, they failed to return and complete the job as promised and even ignored my emails. It is disheartening to think that John and NJ Advance took advantage of my ignorance and kindness, and I cannot allow others to fall prey to their unethical practices. Therefore, I will be taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau to ensure no one else falls victim to these conmen masquerading as skilled technicians.

An attempt was made to charge me $2500 for repairing my A/C unit and persuade me to replace the entire unit for $6k despite its age of just 2 years. However, with the help of another technician, the unit was fixed for just $250.

Within a few hours, he remarkably brought the temperature down to 67 degrees. John exudes an amiable persona while being a consummate professional.
