My expertise includes handling general Notarizations, as well as mortgage and home loan documents. Please note that prices vary for each type of service. The State maximum fee for General Notary is $10 per signature per person. For VA/FHA REFINANCES and PURCHASES, the fee is $150, while BUYERS/SELLERS are charged $115. HELOC and LOAN MODIFICATIONS services are priced at $115 and $100, respectively. REVERSE MORTGAGES are charged $300, CASH REOs are offered for $100, and DEEDS ONLY services are priced at just $40. You can always count on Rock Solid Notary LLC to provide exceptional service, as I am licensed, background checked, and am the only employee of the business. My payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, and Zelle for your convenience.
